EYESPOT Return Policy as of June 1, 2016
We want every customer to be completely satisfied with every purchase made at EYESPOT.
Frame refund or exchange:
We offer a 100% refund (or exchange) on the return of any eyeglasses or sunglasses frame within 14 days from the time you receive your new frames (with the exception of glasses picked up >90 days after purchase date). Refunds or exchanges will be given provided that the product being returned is not worn or damaged and is returned with the original case. If prescription lenses are made outside of EYESPOT, a full refund will be given for the frame, as long as the frame is still in perfect condition and the demo lenses are returned. Any original shipping fees are not refundable. Your refund will be processed within 72 hours of the receiving date once the item(s) passes our inspection and a check will be mailed to your address.
Lens refund: As prescription lenses are custom cut and are not reusable, we can only offer 50% refund on these items within 14 days from the time you receive your new lenses (with the exception of glasses picked up >90 days after purchase date). Your refund will be processed within 72 hours of the receiving date once the item(s) passes our inspection and a check will be mailed to your address.
Cancelling an order:
We understand that changes may occur that can cause cancellations of an order. Any order that has been cancelled prior to processing will receive a 100% refund. However, any order cancelled after processing has occurred, is only eligible to receive a 50% refund.
EYESPOT offers a one-time, complimentary remake on our customers’ prescription lenses. The complimentary remake is valid for 30 days from the notification of the customer of the completed order under these conditions: a change to the prescription by one’s doctor, a non-adaptation to the lenses, or a non-adaption to the eyeglass frame. Changes to the lenses or frames following the complimentary remake will incur additional charges. Any remake of customers’ prescription lenses beyond the 30-day grace period will be charged for the new lenses. No credits will be provided on new lenses that are of lesser value than the original purchase.
Non-adaptation to the lenses is defined as the incompatibility of the wearer and the prescription lenses based on their design or the measurements taken by the EYESPOT staff. EYESPOT politely requests that the customer attempt to adapt to the lenses for a period no shorter than 5 days.
A special order is an item that is not available for purchase at www.EYESPOT.com or not currently in inventory. Any frame ordered will incur a $20 fee for shipping. If a customer chooses to buy the special ordered frame, or any other product in inventory, the $20 fee will go towards the price of the item. If a customer does not choose to order any products, the shipping charge will be forfeited.
