Each entrant agrees to indemnify Sponsors and each of their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated entities, and directors, officers, employees, attorneys, agents, and representatives from and against any claim, liability or damages of any kind or nature, including any copyright infringement claim, based, in whole or in part, on any Sponsor's use, display or broadcast of any video entry. One Grand Prize winner will be selected by the producers of Spring Awakening on or about July 1 2007 from among all eligible entries received. The Grand Prize winner will be notified by email, mail or telephone. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received. Prizes and approximate retail values: (1) Grand Prize: A 3 day, 2 night trip for two to New York City (including roundtrip coach airfare for two from the nearest major airport from winner's home (if prizewinner's home is less than 150 miles from New York City, air transportation will not be awarded and alternative transportation will be provided), two nights hotel accommodations (single room) and two theater tickets to Spring Awakening (approximate retail value $210.00). Actual retail value of the Grand Prize package may vary due to winner's residence and airfares at the time of departure. All airfare from within continental United States.
